Just browse our Shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept paypal, credit card, cheque and cash payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
Please note that a contract is not made with Drone Shack until title of goods has charged to the customer. (ie when payment has been taken) All of our products are covered under the manufacturers warranty (unless specified) From time to time products become "Out of stock" this is usually due to supply and is out of our control. If your item is not in stock, we will back date your order for you and when item/items come back it stock item/items will be shipped straight away. PAYMENT: We can only ship your order to the Confirmed Billing Address of your Paypal/Credit/Debit Card account.
The Drone Shack Team Delivery / Returns Information:
Royal Mail (Signed For) or Parcel Force: Your order will require a signature on delivery by Royal Mail or ParcelForce. Every effort is made to ensure that goods arrive in good condition, we cannot be held responsible for the actions of Royal Mail. Any damages must be signed for 'damaged' on the receipt for delivery, and claimed for in accordance with Royal Mail or Parcel Force terms and conditions. The customer upon placing the order accepts the risk of damage. We aim to deliver all orders within 2-3 working days (this does not include the day the order was placed or weekends) this is an aim but not a guarantee and does not form any contract between Drone Shack and the customer. Returns & Exchanges: There are a number of rules concerning orders under the European Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund within seven days of delivery. To cancel you must email or write to us within seven days of delivery of your items, quoting your order number. You, the consumer, are obliged to take reasonable care of the items and return them in unused condition with the original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt. The consumer is obliged to return the goods at their own cost within 30 days; Drone Shack will not refund this cost. The customer is responsible for the goods until they are back in the possession of Drone Shack, the customer must claim for any damages caused on the return, from the courier/delivery method used. If the goods are not returned in unused condition then the right to full refund is forfeited. When returning items that are deemed to be faulty you must contact us, prior to sending the articles back and obtain instructions and authorized returns reference from Drone Shack. Second hand items, or items that are described as seconds, are not deemed as being faulty for the imperfections disclosed at the time of sale. Drone Shack cannot be held responsible for any user crashes which may occur and cannot be held responsible to pay or replace damaged parts or contents.
